摘　　要：以文献资料和理论分析为基本研究方法,将我国竞技体育事业置于社会转型的背景下,从竞技体育的管理与运行模式、竞技体育观念、竞技体育制度三个方面对我国竞技体育"举国体制"的创新问题做了分析与讨论。结果表明:"举国体制"是一种符合中国国情和体现了中国特色社会主义的体育体制,但由于该体制诞生于我国社会转型前的计划经济时代,其发展过程中所产生的弊端日渐显露,在我国体育事业结构性矛盾日益突出的当下,应对竞技体育"举国体制"赋予新的内涵。Through literature review and theoretical analysis, this thesis discusses the development of China＇s wholenation system of athletic sports in three aspects： the concept, establishment and regulation mode of Chinag athletic sports in a broader context of the transformation of Chinese society. The result is that the whole - nation system is consistent with China＇s realities and the Socialism with Chinese characteristics; however, as it emerged during China＇s Planned Economy era, the downside of the whole - nation system is becoming evident with. the aggravating structural contradiction of China＇s sport. Therefore there is an enormous urgency of the whole - nation system being endowed with new meanings.
