摘 要:详细论述了炭纤维渗硼的各种方法及其优缺点,并讨论了渗硼处理对炭纤维力学性能、微观结构的影响。对于PAN 基炭纤维,渗硼处理后强度和模量都有一定的改善。扫描电镜观察发现,硼处理前后纤维表面没有明显区别。透射电镜分析表明,硼处理后纤维近表面区域的有序程度更高。利用光电子能谱测定了纤维中硼的存在形式,结果表明,硼主要以碳化硼形式存在,也有少部分单质硼。X-ray 衍射分析表明,渗硼处理减小了层间距,增大了微晶尺寸(La ,Lc)。A summary of current research work of CF boron-doping has been given.The methods of boron-doping and the effect of boron on properties and microstructure of CF were described.For PAN based CF ,the improvements in strength and modulus were obtained after boron treatment.The surface texture was examined by scanning electron microscopy.There was no clear distinction between the surface texture of boron-treated and non-boron-treated fibers.The results obtained by transmission electron microscopy show that the degree of orientation in the near-edge regions appear to be greater in the boron-treated fibers than in the non-boron-treated fibers.To investigate the forms of boron present in the fibers ,X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy was employed. The results show that a large fraction of the boron is present as boron carbon and a small fraction of boron exists in a form of simple substance.X-ray diffraction analysis indicated that boron treatment reduced the interplanar spacing (d002) and increased the crystallite size (La, Lc).
