摘　　要：全运会是全国规模最大的综合性运动会,它就像有强大引力的重磁场,吸引着全国十几亿人的目光,其竞争激烈程度、竞技水平之高,可与奥运会媲美。射击比赛弹数多、时间长、动作精度要求高,一发不慎可能痛失全局。射手的心理稳定性、耐受性、调控能力直接影响技术表现及比赛成败。总结全运会优胜者的成功经验,对挖掘射击比赛规律、促进运动员成长都有重要价值。The National Games is the biggest multi-sports games in China,it attracts the attention of more than a billion people just like a magnetic field,it is comparable with the Olympic Games because of its competitive fierceness and level.Shooting event has its own characteristics,it plays lots of shots and lasts a long time,its operation is precise highly,etc.One careless movement may lose the whole game.Shooters＇ psychological stability,patience and regulation ability affect directly their performance and competition result.The authors summed up winners＇ successful psychological experience,which was important to excavate shooting game inherent law and promote athlete＇s growth.
