运动员人力资本的外部性及内在化路径

摘　　要：外部性对人力资本所有者造成利益损害,并导致人力资本使用效率低下和人力资本投资不足。运用外部性和产权经济学相关理论,指出运动员人力资本的外部性的主要根源是产权界定不清和交易费用过高,并提出推进运动员人力资本产权化、推行运动员人力资本股权化、建立健全运动员人力资本价值评估体系、建立顺畅的产权流转机制和完善合同管理、降低交易费用等降低运动员人力资本负的外部性的思路。External human capital hurts the interest of human capital owners and leads to inefficient use of human capital and decrease human capital-investment.On the basis of the theory of externalities and property rights economics,the authors expatiate on the expressions of and causes for the negative externality of athletic human capital,and put forward ideas for lowering the negative the externality,such as to establish property right of athletes,to allocate stock ownership to athletes,to erect the system to assess values of athletic human rights,to perfect the transform mechanism of property rights,and to improve contract management to decrease transaction costs.
