中国足球“假赌黑腐”问题的理性审视及其对策研究

摘　　要：以历史的、发展的视角审视中国足球,对中国足球"假赌黑腐"问题进行理性反思。通过对中国的社会经济发展历史、足球发展历史以及社会转型期国民社会心态等的分析,探究中国"足球问题"的发生原因。针对中国足球的现状,提出建立以"股份制"为特点的中国足球职业联赛"企业模式"的发展构想思路,分析出资人(股东)出资方式、股份占比、分红方式等,设计具有可操作性的新型足球职业联赛框架。同时正确认识"足球问题",我们必须树立坚定信心,发展好中国足球。The paper examined the Chinese football from a historical and developing perspective,and rationally reflected its problems of cheating,gambling,black whistle,and bribery.It explored the reasons that the problem happens by analyzing the Chinese social economy development history,football development history and the national psychology during social transformation period.It proposed a design concept of joint-stock enterprise mode of Chinese professional football league matches.Additionally,it analyzed investors＇（shareholders） funding methods,share-ratio and dividend means,and designed a new operational league structure.In order to well develop Chinese football,we must understand football problem correctly,and be perseverant and confident.
