摘  要:某企业产生的发酵类制药废水中悬浮物、有机物、氮、磷浓度高,水质波动大,采用初沉调节池/混凝沉淀池/水解酸化池/MSBR/悬浮生物滤池/加药气浮池组合工艺处理,在进水COD平均为11 932 mg/L、水解酸化后NH3-N平均为162.5 mg/L的情况下,出水COD平均为261 mg/L(去除率达97.8%)、NH3-N平均为1.5 mg/L(去除率达99.1%),其余指标也均达到入管排放标准。The pharmaceutical fermentation wastewater from an enterprise is characterized by high concentrations of SS, organic matter, nitrogen and phosphorus and great fluctuation in quality. The com- bined process of primary settling/equalization tank, coagulation sedimentation tank, hydrolysis acidification tank, MSBR, suspended biological filter and coagulation floatation tank is used to treat this wastewater. When the average influent COD concentration is 11 932 mg/L and NH3 - N concentration af- ter hydrolysis acidification is 162.5 mg/L, the average effluent COD concentration is 261 mg/L with the removal rate of 97.8% and NH3 -N concentration is 1.5 mg/L with the removal rate of 99.1%. The other indexes also meet the discharge standard.
