摘　　要：介绍了北京城市排水管网管理系统的设计与实现。根据北京市城市排水管网数字化管理的业务需求,通过采用GIS、GPS、SCADA等先进数字技术手段实现了管网设施管理、数据在线监测、巡查调度、排水户管理、客户服务等管理模块。结果表明,该系统的使用可以有效地提高城市排水管网管理的工作效率。The design and implementation of the Beijing urban drainage network management system are introduced. Based on the business requirement for digital management of the Beijing urban drainage network system, some modules including pipe network facilities management, data-line monitoring, inspection scheduling, drainage customer management, customer service management are implemented using GIS, GPS, SCADA and other advanced digital technologies. The results show the use of the system can effectively improve the urban drainage network management efficiency.
