摘  要:针对水厂滤池出水水质不达标、反冲洗耗水量大、过滤周期短以及反冲洗水排放不彻底等问题,选择反向过滤气水反冲洗滤池来改善过滤效果,通过对工艺进行优化改造,使滤池出水浊度≤1 NTU,实现了初滤水的自动排放;反冲洗周期≥36 h;反冲洗水耗控制在产水量的2.0%以内,并且提高了自动化程度。In order to solve problems such as the substandard quality of filtrated water, high consumption of backwashing water, short filtration cycle and incomplete discharge of backwashing water, the reverse filtration and air-water backwashing techniques were chosen to improve the filtration efficiency. After the optimized reconstruction of the process, the turbidity of filtrated water is equal to or less than 1 NTU, and the initial filtrated water is discharged automatically. The baekwashing cycle is equal to or more than 36 h, and the consumption of backwashing water is controlled within 2.0% of water production. The automatization level of filter is improved.
