摘　　要：分析国内外对信息化测度的认识,从六个方面讨论我国信息化测度中存在的问题。针对这些问题,从理论、方法、测度指标体系、法律和制度、能力构建、参与国际合作、参加国际评比和指标制定等方面提出我国信息化测度应采取的措施。The paper analyzes domestic and foreign understandings of the informatization measurement, discusses the question exist- ing in our country＇ s informatization measurement from six aspects. In view of these questions, it puts forward the measures that should be adopted by our country＇ s informatization measurement from the theory, the method, the measurement indicator system, the law and the system, ability construction, the participation in international cooperation and so on.
