摘　　要：认为钱学森明确揭示出中国科技情报事业在本质上具有支撑科技决策的软科学特性与功能,因而确定以该事业作为重要实践来源的中国情报学的核心内容是情报研究(intelligence stud ies);资讯学就是图书馆领域中的"部门信息科学",也即西方LIS中与图书馆(Library)相联系的一门有独特的研究对象和内容的信息科学(Information Science)。科学界定两者以实现中国情报学的正本清源及其可持续发展。Qian Xuesen clearly reveals Sci. ＆ Tech. Intelligence/Information Undertaking of China has in nature the soft science＇s character ＆ function in supporting the Sci. ＆ Tech. decision-making. Based on this, the paper considers that the core content of Chinese QingBao Science which regards the Undertaking of the above as its important practice source is Intelligence Studies, whilet Information Science in LIS is a specifically disciplinary information science in the library field, that is to say, it is one branch of information sciences which connects itself with library and has unique research object and content. It is emphasized that scientific definition about the both can make the Chinese QingBao Science tightly fasten its origin and then keep on its sustainable developing.
