摘　　要：针对科技成果转化效率低和缺乏知识要素投入等问题,探索将知识管理理论与方法引入成果转化全过程。揭示成果转化与知识管理耦合的战略性、嵌入性、多元性、社会网络性和软管理特性,从成果转化目标、要素、过程的视角系统分析两者的耦合关系,提出三维耦合模型,为促进科技成果转化管理的科学化、知识化提供方法指导。Aiming at the low efficiency and absence of knowledge input in the transformation of scientific and technological achieve- ments（TSTA） , this paper explores to introduce knowledge management theory and method into the whole process of TSTA. The char- acteristics such as strategic, embedded, muheity, community network, soft management of the coupling between TSTA and knowledge management are opened out, in succession the coupling relation of them is analyzed systematically from the perspective of goal, element and process of TSTA, and the three-dimensional coupling model is put forward. It provides the method guiding for advancing TSTA management more scientific and intelligentized.
