摘 要:采用草业公司生产的高水分苜蓿干草捆(含水量为35.03%)为材料,在贮藏30d后对其内所含真菌种类进行初步的探测研究。对草捆进行取样并制成菌液后,采用稀释平板法,选用马铃薯葡萄糖琼脂培养基(PDA)分离、纯化,并将菌株鉴定到种。结果表明,共检测出干草捆内所含真菌16种,其中青霉属8种,曲霉属5种,镰孢霉属3种。High-moisture alfalfa bales (moisture content,35.03%) from grass corporation were used to identify species of fungi in storing bales.Strains were separated from grass samples of alfalfa hay bales after 30 d storing,cultured and purified on PDA culture media by adopting dilution plate methods and were classified exactly into species level.A total of 16 species of fungi were obtained.Among them eight species of Penicillium,five species of Aspergillus and three of Fusarium were figured out.
