摘 要:先导式截止阀利用液体流动产生的压差作为阀门开启的动力,具有反应时间短、能耗低的优点,然而对于开启时间长短以及开启后产生压差的大小,目前仍缺乏理论研究。文章通过编制UDFs程序,实现了压差的测量,并利用压差的大小,控制阀芯的运动,模拟出阀门的开启过程,得出了开启时间的数值解,为进行阀门系统的分析提供了数值方法。通过对阀门流场的分析,指出了本阀门的主要阻力损失区域,为阀门进一步的优化设计提供了理论依据。The pilot-controlling cut-off valve uses the pressure difference which forms when fluid flows as its power to open.The valve acts quickly with low energy consumption,however,there are few theory research on the opening time and the pressure difference produced after opening.In order to provide a simulation method for systematic analysis of the valve,the pressure difference was measured with UDFs program,and the opening process was simulated which tells the opening time of the valve by controlling the motion of the valve core which depends on the value of the pressure difference.Main regions that causes a large quantity of resistance lose were pointed out by means of analyzing the flow field of the valve which provides theoretical basis for optimal design of the valve.[Ch,6 fig.9 ref.]
