摘　　要：介绍了期刊稿件在线管理系统的设计思路、稿件管理流程、系统开发环境与工具,以及系统的框架和功能。该系统由在线投稿、专家登陆、编辑登陆和管理登陆4个子系统组成。该系统运行稳定、功能齐全,融在线查询、在线投稿、在线审稿、财务管理等功能于一体,使期刊稿件管理工作效率有较大提高。Design idea,articles management process,system development environment and tools,and system framework and functions of Journal of Henan Agricultural Sciences journal articles on-line management system were introduced.The system consists of online submission,experts landing,editor and management landing sub-system.The system is stable and functional,including of online information,online submission,online review,financial management,so that the efficiency of journal articles management has been improved greatly.
