摘　　要：金融市场的健康发展、担保行业和担保公司的健康发展、我国政策性担保体系的完善、国家政策性担保政策的调整,必然要求建立完善的政策性担保公司市场退出机制。政策性担保公司是独立的法人,其信用基础并非国家信用,国外政策性担保机构市场退出的成功实践,都表明建立政策性担保公司市场退出机制是可行的。要根据市场退出机制的缺陷,完善我国政策性担保公司市场退出机制。The growth of financial market,guarantee industry and guarantee companies,the improvement of policy-based guarantee system,and the upgrade of policies concerning this fledging industry,all of these calls for a market exit mechanism for policy-based guarantee companies,which is an independent legal entity,and can develop its own credit.The practice of market exit mechanism abroad proves its feasibility.Therefore,great efforts should be made to improve the market exit mechanism with its flaws taken into consideration.
