大学生职业观偏差及其教育对策——基于问卷调查的实证分析

摘　　要：基于大样本问卷调查,分析大学生职业观存在的偏差以及教育对策,为高校开展职业观教育和就业指导工作提供参考。发现大学生职业观存在诸多偏差,包括强调个人职业价值,忽视社会责任;就业缺乏自主性,存在依赖心理;职业认识模糊,对自身专业缺乏认知;职业规划不足,缺乏职业发展目标;缺乏个性化就业辅导,就业指导机构的作用有待增强。提出从强化理想信念教育、引导就业观念更新、加强就业指导、普及职业规划教育等方面纠正大学生职业观偏差,更好地引导大学生职业发展。Based on a questionnaire survey,the paper analyzed college students＇ misunderstandings on their career development.It was discovered that several misunderstandings on career were very popular among college students,including emphasis on personal interests with low sense of social responsibility,dependence on their parents in job-hunting instead of taking their own initiatives.It was suggested that several countermeasures should be taken to promote career development for college students.
