摘　　要：随着青年群体聚集、沟通、联络方式等发生变化,各级团组织都在积极探索如何使共青团工作实现对全体青年学生的真正有效覆盖,网络建团成为组织建设创新的新模式之一。Nowadays,there are many ways for youths to gather together and communicate with each other.Youth league committees at various levels are striving to explore new ways to ensure college youth league work reach every student.This paper holds that construction of Communist Youth League through network has become a new way of Party construction.
