宫炎平对放置节育环后致子宫出血的临床疗效研究

摘　　要：目的观察宫炎平对宫内放置节育环(IUD)后导致的子宫出血的临床疗效。方法对200例上环的育龄妇女进行随机分组,其中观察组与对照组各100例。实施上环术后,观察组即服宫炎平片3片/次,3次/d,连服5 d。在随后的3个月的月经期仍连续服用5 d。对照组不服药。结果 3个月后观察组月经量为(87.42±30.04)ml,对照组为(109.52±37.20)ml,两者相比有显著性差异(P<0.05);观察组经期平均为(7.60±1.67)天,对照组为(9.34±2.64)天,两者相比有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论宫炎平片能够显著减少环后月经出血量及时间,对放置IUD所致子宫异常出血治疗效果显著,具有一定的临床推广价值。Objective To investigate the curative effect of Gong - Yan- Ping on uterine bleeding caused by intrau- terine contraceptive device （ IUD）. Methods 200 cases of reproductive women with IUD were divided into two groups in randora, observation group and control group was each 100 cases. The observation group took gong- yan- ping 3 pills per day, 3 times per day, for continuous 5 days. In the following 3 months, Gong - Yan - Ping was also took in the previous described. The control group takes no pills. Results After 3 months, the menstrual amount in the observation group was （87.42 ± 30.04 ） ml there was （ 109. 52 ± 37.20） ml in the control group. There was significant between the two different（ P 〈0. 05 ）. The menstrual period in the observation group was （7.60 ± 1.67） days which was significantly lower than （9.34±2.64） days in the control group （P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion The Gong -Yan - Ping can significantly decrease the menstrual amount and period. It has a significantly curative effect on the uterine bleeding caused by IUD,and may be expanded in clinic.
