摘　　要：目的调查笔者所在医院住院患者麻醉药品使用情况，为临床合理使用麻醉药品提供参考。方法以笔者所在医院住院药房计算机管理系统提供的2008～2010年间麻醉药品使用数据及处方情况进行统计和分析。结果使用的麻醉药品共11种，其中盐酸羟考酮控释片、硫酸吗啡缓释片和盐酸吗啡注射液用量呈上升趋势，盐酸哌替啶注射液用量呈下降趋势。结论笔者所在医院病区麻醉药品使用基本合理。Objective To investigate the use of narcotic drugs in our hospital to provide basis for rational use of narcotic drugs. Methods To the institution in the hospital pharmacy computer system for the 2008 - 2010 of narcotic drugs and statistical data were stalemated and analysed. Results Used of narcotic drugs were eleven, the consumption of Pethidine injection was decreased, while Oxycodone eontrolled -release tablet, Morphine sustainedrelease tablet and Morphine injection were risen. Conclusion The institution on using of narcotic drugs was basic rational.
