基于西方失业理论的中国就业问题的理性思考

摘　　要：实现就业比较充分是经济社会发展和调整经济结构的重要目标,事关我国改革、发展、稳定大局和社会主义现代化建设全局。文章借鉴西方失业理论的精髓,就中国失业问题面临的国内外背景因素、主要失业类型、当前失业现象的主要特征、就业问题面临的主要矛盾和失业问题的原因等进行了理性分析,并提出了解决我国就业问题的基本思路。Achievement of adequate employment is an important goal of economic and social development and adjustment of economic structure in China,as crucially relates to our reform,development,stability and socialist modernization.This paper bases on the western theory of unemployment analyzing the domestic and alien factors as well as the contradictions that exert influence on the employment as well as the major types,features and causes of unemployment in China,and proposes the general solution of amelioration of employment.
