摘　　要：由于受金融危机的影响,大学生的就业形势越来越严峻。本文从影响大学生就业的长期因素和短期因素两个方面,分析了当前高校大学生就业问题的原因,并由此进行深入探究分析,以社会实践与大学生就业能力的关系为出发点,从全员社会实践角度探索提高大学生就业能力的有效途径。The financial crisis has made the employment situation of university students more and more severe. Based on long-term factors and short-term factors that influence the graduates＇ employment situation, this paper analyzes the problems in employment and makes further exploration. Starting from the relationship between social practice and graduates＇ employment competence, this paper strives to improve graduates＇ employment ability through overall participation in social practice.
