摘　　要：低碳经济发展模式包括发展方式、发展重心、步骤等一系列要素,应与区域的生产力水平和发展战略相适应,能反映特定的区域经济增长动力结构和经济增长目标。选择节能减排任务艰巨的河北省作为研究对象,首先从能耗强度、产业结构和技术与资金方面分析河北省低碳经济发展基础,从可行发展手段寻找突破口,构建河北省低碳经济发展模式。该模式体现了宏观与微观的统一,手段与区域的匹配,整体与部分的协调。Low-carbon economy development mode includes development style, focus and steps, etc, which must keep pace with the regional productivity and development strategy, and reflect the structure and the target of the specific regional economic growth. This paper selects Hebei Province as an example to make further research. This paper analyzes low-carbon economy development foundation of Hebei Province from energy consumption, fund, industrial structure and technology. The paper intends to make breakthrough from valid development means and finally construct low carbon economic development pattern. This pattern embodies the unification of macro and micro perspectives, the matching of means and region and the coordination of the whole and the part.
