双侧脑室引流加尿激酶灌注联合腰穿治疗高血压性脑室出血效果分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨联合腰穿治疗对双侧脑室引流加尿激酶灌注术的效果影响。方法:选择本院106例患者,均分为两组,单纯组行双侧脑室前角钻孔穿刺引流加尿激酶灌注术,联合组联合腰穿治疗,比较两组患者总有效率,统计并发症。结果:联合组总有效率明显高于单纯组,单纯组应激性溃疡、肺部感染、泌尿系感染和电解质紊乱发生率均明显高于联合组,两组间颅内感染发生率差异无统计学意义。结论:对于重症高血压性脑出血患者,行双侧脑室引流大剂量尿激酶灌注,手术安全有效、对于既往高血压患者尤其适应。Objective： To evaluate the effect of combined treatment of dual-lateral ventricle drainage and urokinase infusion with lumbar puncture for hypertensive intraventricular hemorrhage.Method： 106 cases were divided into two groups,simple set of front-line,two-ventricle puncture drainage holes urokinase perfusion in the combination group therapy combined lumbar puncture,the total effective of the two groups were compared,statistical concurrent disease.Result： The total effective rate was significantly higher than that in single group.Single group of stress ulcer,pulmonary infection,urinary tract infection and electrolyte imbalance were significantly higher than that of the combination group,the two groups had no statistics significance difference in the incidence of intracranial infection.Conclusion： For patients with severe cerebral hemorrhage,two-ventricle drainage line of high-dose urokinase infusion,it is safe and effective and especially suitable for patients with previous hypertension.
