摘  要:目的分离、鉴定红树林植物瓶花木内生真菌C22的活性次生代谢产物。方法利用硅胶柱层析等方法进行分离纯化;利用光谱分析进行结构解析。结果内生真菌C22的活性次生代谢产物为一大环内酯类抗生素布雷菲尔德菌素A和一倍半萜类抗生素木霉菌醇。结论以上两种抗生素对肺癌细胞SMMC-7721、胃癌细胞SGC-7901具有较强的肿瘤细胞毒活性,并且在内生真菌C22中含量较大,因此,红树林植物瓶花木内生真菌菌株C22具有广阔的应用价值和开发前景。Objective To elucidate the structures of the bio-active component isolated from the fermentation broth of endophytic fungus strain C22 from mangrove plant Scyphiphora hydrophyllacea Gaertn. E Methods Silica gel column chromatography was used to separate the bio-active components. Their structures were elucidated by spectroscopic analyses. Results The active components were purified and their structures were elucidated as two antibiotics: brefeldin A and trichodermol. Conclusions Endophytic fungus strain C22 with a large content of these two antibiotics, which showed inhibitory activities towards human hepatoma cell line SMMC-7721 and human gastric cancer cell line SGC-7901, has broad prospects for commercial application.
