摘  要:以己二酸、季戊四醇为原料,对甲苯磺酸作催化剂,采用直接酯化反应合成了己二酸季戊四醇酯,考查了温度、催化剂用量、原料配比和带水剂用量对己二酸季戊四醇酯收率的影响,确定了最佳工艺条件:醇酸物质的量比为3.4:1,带水剂用量为体系总质量的20%,催化剂用量为酸质量的2.2%,反应时间为1.5h,己二酸季戊四醇酯收率可达99.23%。将生成的酯与钙锌皂复配作为热稳定剂添加到PVC中,能明显提高PVC的热稳定性,热稳定时间为34 m in。Adipic acid ester were synthesized from adipic acid, pentaerythritol and p - toluenesulfonie acid by melt - polyeondensation method . The effect of temperature, catalyst, the ratio of material and the amount of xylene to the yielding of adipie acid ester were investigated. The condition of the reaction was obtained as follow : the ratio of pentaerythritol and adipic acid was 3.4, the amount of xylene about 20 %, catalyst about 2, 2% and the time of reaction was 1.5 h, as a result , the content of adipic acid ester was about 99.23 %. The compound of adipic acid ester and ZnO was added into the system of PVC as a thermal stabilizer, its thermal stability increased with the adipic acid ester, the thermal stability time was about 34 min.
