摘　　要：介绍了月桂烯从天然存在到人工合成的可能来源、结构特征和物化性质。并从合成典型的醇类、醛类、酮类香料方面阐述了月桂烯在香料合成工业中的应用。在综述基础上,分析了我国在月桂烯合成香料方面开发利用现状和应用前景。The sources of β- myrcene in natural plants and chemical synthesis, as well as its physical and chemical properties were introduced. The application development of β- myrcene in perfume chemistry was also discussed from three aspects, which were respectively to synthesize typical alcohol, aldehyde, keto spices. Its applications in synthetic perfume chemical nowadays and further were also analyzed.
