摘 要:目的通过观察艾条熏蒸空气消毒对流感医院感染发病率的影响,从医院感染监控的角度判断艾条熏蒸空气预防流感的有效性。方法将病室分A、B、C 3组,分别用自然通风、动态空气消毒机和艾条熏蒸3种不同的方法进行空气消毒,并对流感发病率调查。结果艾条熏蒸组(C组)与动态空气消毒机组(B组)上呼吸道感染发病率分别为8.47%和7.69%,二者比较,差异无统计学意义,但流感发病率艾条熏蒸组为0,动态空气消毒机组为1.92%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论空气消毒能够有效的降低上呼吸道感染发病率,艾条熏蒸空气消毒对流感预防效果更明显,便于社会和家庭推广。OBJECTIVE To study the effect of moxibustion air disinfection in preventing flu by observering the influence of moxibustion air disinfection on the incidence rate of nosocomial infection.METHODS The wards were divided into A,B and C three groups,respectively.Three different methods of air disinfection,which were respectively the natural ventilation,machine of dynamic air disinfection and moxibustion groups,were carried out to investigate the incidence rate of influenza.RESULTS The incidence rates of C group and B group were 8.47% and 7.69%,respectively(P0.05),but the incidence rate of C group was 0,and group B was 1.92%,the difference was statistically significant(P0.05).CONCLUSION Air disinfection can effectively reduce the incidence rate of upper respiratory tract infection,and moxibustion air disinfection has a better effect on preventing the influenza and is worthy of being promoted in the society and family.
