整体化灭菌在防止手术器械包湿包现象的效果观察

摘　　要：目的探讨整体化灭菌在防止手术器械包湿包方面的效果。方法采用GE26系列脉动真空压力蒸汽灭菌器,手术器械包按照实施整体化灭菌处理前后分组,实施前组769件按照使用说明书操作,实施后组5927件在实施前组操作的基础上,实施整体化灭菌处理。结果实施前组湿包率为0.91%,实施后组湿包率为0.03%,两组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论手术器械包经过整体化灭菌处理可有效防止湿包现象,避免重新处理增加的消毒供应成本以及影响手术患者使用。OBJECTIVE To discuss the effect of integral sterilization in avoiding wetting the surgical instrument package.METHODS GE26 series fluctuation vacuum pressure steam sterilizer was adopted.The surgical instrument package were grouped according to before and after the integral sterilization.The group before the disposal of 769 pieces dealt according to instruction and the group after the disposal of 5927 pieces dealt with integral sterilization based on the disposal of the pregroup.RESULTS The rate of wetting the surgical instrument package in before disposal group reached 0.9%.The rate of wetting the surgical instrument package in after disposal group reached 0.03%.There were great differences in the comparison of the two groups（P0.001）.CONCLUSION After the disposal of integral sterilization,the surgical instrument package can effectively be avoided wetting,refrained from the enhanced cost because of rehandling and affecting the use of patients during the surgery.
