摘　　要：目的探讨消毒供应室风险隐患,提出有效的防范措施。方法从不同方面查找风险因素,采取相应措施。结果医院消毒供应室存在许多隐患,通过加强管理、采取措施和整改后,在2007年8月-2010年7月,工作的各个环节质量得到了质的飞跃,无菌物品下发合格率达到了100.0%,满足了手术室、门诊及临床科室的需要。结论经过不断自查,严格执行各项规章制度,遵守法律法规及工作职责,不断加强学习,保证了下发的无菌物品质量合格率达标。OBJECTIVE To explore the potential danger in sterilization supply room,and to propose effective precaution measures.METHODS The appropriate measures were taken to find out the risk factors.RESULTS Due to the limited objective conditions such as small building floor area of the hospital,there were many potential dangers.After management and takeing measures,the quality were obvious inproved.Within Aug 2007 to Jul 2010,the quality of all the working procedures had a qualitative leap by unremitting efforts.The aseptic supplies had met the needs of the operating room,ambulanz and clinical departments with the pass rate of 100.0%.CONCLUSION Through the qualified pass rate of aseptic supplies is ensured through the constant self inspection,strict implementation of rules and regulations,compliance with laws and regulations and job responsibilities and constant reinforcement of learning.
