摘　　要：目的　了解手臂振动职业危害对工人健康的影响。方法　对砂轮磨光作业工人进行医学查体，对振动性白指患者进行计分和分期。结果　白指组全身及手臂症状的发生率及其痛觉阈值和动脉血压明显高于接振组和对照组；白指组计分为１２－１５ ±１０－１０ ，Ⅰ期、Ⅱ期和Ⅲ期的白指患者分别为７ 人、１０ 人和３ 人。结论　砂轮磨光作业手臂振动职业危害仍较严重，应采取防护措施。Objective To explore the effects of hand arm vibration on the health of pestal grinding workers.Methods Medical examinations were carried out in pestal grinding workers, and vibration induced white finger (VWF) score was analyzed and clinical period was divided for patients with VWF.Results The rate of general and hand arm syndromes, the pain sensory clinical value and the artery blood pressure in VWF(+) group were highly increased than that in VWF(-) group and control group. VWF score was 12.15±10.10, and the number of VWF patients of Ⅰ,Ⅱ,Ⅲ period were 7,10 and 3 respectively.Conclusion The hazards of hand arm vibration in pestal grinding workers seemed to be rather serious, and its protective measures should not be ignored.
