公路网抗击自然灾害应急机制的研究

摘　　要：为应对新形势下频繁发生的公路自然灾害,增强公路网的抗灾能力,分析总结了现有公路抗灾工作中存在的问题,针对性地从应急管理制度、应急组织机构、灾害信息管理、应急物资保障、应急社会联动等方面进行了公路抗灾应急机制的研究,提出了有效可行的公路应急管理工作流程。In response to the new situation with frequent natural disasters on highway, and to strengthen the response capacity of the road network in Hangzhou, the existing problems of responding work to highway disasters are summarized. The highway emergency management system to respond to natural disasters is studied definitely including emergency management institution, management organization disaster information management, material support, social interaction. An effective and feasible highway emergency management workflow is proposed.
