摘　　要：为了保证飞行安全,基于我军现有作战飞机的使用条件,分析现行公路飞机跑道净空规定存在的问题,从公路飞机跑道净空影响因素、净空要求出发,参照现行有关标准、规范的净空规定,提出了公路飞机跑道净空区组成和要求,进行了指标来源分析,为公路飞机跑道的建设和净空保护提供了技术依据。To ensure air safety,the problems existing in the present rules on the requirements of the clearance for highway runways are analyzed in the paper,with the using conditions of the fighting airplanes of our army taken into account.From the angles of the influential factors of the clearance of highway runways and the requirements in clearance,and in the light of the existing norms and rules on the normal clearance requirements,the composition and requirements on the clearance of highway runways are put forward in the paper,with the sources of the targets analyzed.The paper provides technical grounds for the construction of highway runways and the safeguard of the clearance of them.
