摘 要:目的探讨父母教养方式与留守高中生心理健康的关系,为心理健康教育提供依据。方法对南阳市某高中440名学生采用父母教养方式评价量表和中国中学生心理健康量表进行测评分析。结果高中生存在不同程度的心理健康问题。留守高中生与非留守高中生中国中学生心理健康量表总分及各因子分差异均无显著性(P〉0.05);非留守高中生感受父亲过分干涉、拒绝否认,母亲过分干涉、过度保护因子评分显著高于留守高中生,差异有极显著性(P〈0.01);留守高中生父母教养方式评价量表中父亲情感温暖理解因子分与中国中学生心理健康量表评分呈显著负相关(P〈0.05或0.01),父亲偏爱被试、拒绝否认、过度保护因子分与中国中学生心理健康量表评分呈显著正相关(P〈0.05或0.01);母亲情感温暖理解因子分与中国中学生心理健康量表评分呈显著负相关(P〈0.05或0.01);母亲拒绝否认、偏爱被试、过干涉过保护、惩罚严厉因子分与中国中学生心理健康量表评分呈显著正相关(P〈0.05或0.01);母亲拒绝否认、父亲偏爱被试、母亲情感温暖理解三个因子对留守高中生心理健康状况有显著预测作用(P〈0.05或0.01)。结论针对留守高中生存在的心理健康问题,父母要有意识地结合其具体情况使用不同教养方式,这对预防学生出现心理健康问题有一定积极作用。Objective To explore the relationship between parenting style and mental health of rear high school students in order to provide basis for mental health education. Methods Assessments were carried out with the Egma Minnen av Bardndosnauppforstran (EMBU) and the Mental Health Inventory of Middle School Students (MMHI 60) in 440 senior school students from a senior high school of Nanyang. Resuits High school students had psychoproblems in different degree. There were no significant differences in the total and each factor score of the MMHI-60 between rear and non-rear students. There were significant differences in the factor score of F3,F5 and M2 between rear and non-rear students(P〈0.01). F1 score of the EMBU was significantly negatively related to the score of the MMHI-60 (P〈0.05 or 0.01), and F4, F5 and F6 were significantly positively related to(P〈0.05 or 0.01) ; M1 score of the EMBU was significantly negatively related to the score of the MMHI-60 (P〈0.05 or 0.01), and M3, M5, M2 and M4 were significantly positively related to (P〈0.05 or 0.01). M3, F4 and M1 had a significant prediction a bout mental health of rear high school students (P〈0.05 or 0.01). Conclusion Parents should purposely practice various parenting styles according to the psychoproblems of rear high school students, as has a certain active action on preventing psychoproblems.
