摘　　要：目的探讨医学院校研究生新生人格特征，为有效开展研究生教育培养工作提供科学依据。方法对江苏某医学院校1010名研究生新生采用明尼苏达多项人格测验进行测评分析。结果男生明尼苏达多项人格测验的说谎或掩饰、校正分、疑病、心理变态、男性化／女性化、外显性焦虑因子评分显著低于女生（P〈0．05或0．01），精神分裂因子评分显著高于女生（P〈0．05）；年龄组1（16岁-25岁）的男生明尼苏达多项人格测验的说谎或掩饰、校正分、疑病、男性化／女性化、外显性焦虑因子评分显著低于女生（P〈0．05或0．01），精神分裂、社会责任因子评分显著高于女生（P〈0.05）；年龄组2（26岁35岁）的男生校正分、男性化／女性化、支配性因子评分显著低于女生（P〈0.05或0．01），社会内向因子评分显著高于女生（P〈0．05）。明尼苏达多项人格测验平均分剖析图显示该测验结果有效，10个临床指标具有6—4编码类型的特点，研究量表外显性焦虑分值偏高。结论医学院校研究生新生存在心理健康问题，研究生院应根据新生人格特点进行心理辅导与咨询，协助其尽快适应新的学习环境，完善人格。Objective To explore the personality characteristics of the new medical post-gradute students in order to provide scientific basis for effective graduate education. Methods Assessments were carried out using the Minnesota Multiphasic Personality Inventory （MMPI-2）, in 1010 new medical post-gradute students of a medical college in Jiangsu province. Results Compared with female students, the males had significantly lower scores of lying or conceal, calibration points, hypochondriasis, metaphrenia, the masculine / feminine, outside anxiety （P〈0.05 or 0.01） and higher scores of schizophrenia （P〈0.05） ; the male of the age group 1 （aged 16 to 25） had significantly lower scores of lying or conceal , calibration points, hypochondriasis, the masculine / feminine, outside anxiety （P〈0.05 or 0.01） and higher scores of schizophrenia and social responsibility （P〈0.05） ; the male of group 2 （aged 26 to 35） had significantly lower scores of calibration points, masculine / feminine and dominant scale （P〈0. 05 or 0. 01）higher scores of social social Introversion （P〈0.05）. The test results were effective according to average score analysis chart of the MMPI-2, 10 clinical indices had features of coding 6-4 and the outside anxiety score was higher. Conclusion The new medical post-gradute students have psychological problems,psychological counseling should be given to them according to their personality characteristics in order to help them adapt new academic environment and consummate personality.
