子宫角部妊娠的超声误诊分析

摘　　要：目的探讨宫角妊娠超声误诊的原因,以提高宫角妊娠诊断准确率。方法回顾性分析2001年1月至2011年1月期间,超声检查误诊为其他疾病而经手术和病理确诊为子宫角部妊娠的患者21例的临床资料。结果在21例超声误诊的病例中,误诊为子宫浆膜下肌瘤变性3例,误诊为输卵管间质部妊娠5例,不全纵膈子宫一侧子宫妊娠的7例,滋养细胞疾病3例,炎性包块3例。结论宫角妊娠部位特殊,易被误诊为其他疾病而延误病情,结合临床病史与超声图像特征分析可提高诊断宫角妊娠的准确性。Objective To study the misdiagnosis reasons of the comual pregnancy by ultrasound for improving diagnostic accuracy rate of comual pregnancy by ultrasound. Methods The data from 21 cases of eomual pregnancy confirmed by surgery and pathology while misdiagnosed as other diseases by ultrasound January 2001 to January 2011 were analyzed retrospectively. Results Among these 21 cases, 3 eases were misdiagnosed as degeneration of the subserosal fibroids, 5 cases were misdiagnosed as interstitial tubal pregnancy, 7 cases were misdiagnosed as uterogestation in one side of incomplete mediastinum uterus, 3 cases were misdiagnosed as gestational trophoblastic diseases and the rest 3 cases were misdiagnosed as inflammatory package block. Conclusion It is easy to confuse the eornual pregnancy for other diseases just in the unusual location of pregnancy. The clinical ease history combined with sonographic characters could improve the diagnostic aceuracy rate of comual pregnancy by ultrasound.
