骨宝胶囊治疗原发性骨质疏松症疗效观察

摘　　要：采用随机分组的方法，对骨宝胶囊治疗原发性骨质疏松症的疗效进行了临床及实验室观察。结果治疗组７０ 例，总有效率为９１ ．４３ ％ ；两对照组各３５ 例，总有效率分别为６８ ．５７ ％ 、３４ ．２９ ％ 。三组总有效率比较，差异有显著意义（ Ｐ＜ ０ ．０５） 。实验室观察结果表明骨宝胶囊在改善骨密度、性激素水平以及骨代谢各相关生化指标方面均有确切作用，效果明显优于两对照组。Using the random grouping principle, the authors made a clinical observation on the therapeutic effect of “GUBAO JIAONANG” (GBJ, Capsules for Bone Diseases) on primary osteoporosis. The treated group (70 cases) obtained a total effective rate of 91.43 %, and the two control groups (35 cases each) obtained 68.57 % and 34.29 % of total effective rates, respectively. The therapeutic effect comparison of the three groups showed a significant difference (P < 0.05), suggesting that GBJ has a definite function to improve the bone mineral density, sex hormone level and the relative biochemical indices of bone metabolism, and produces much better therapeutic effect than that of the control.
