消肿活血散袋泡剂抗炎止痛作用试验研究

摘　　要：采用镇痛、抗炎等动物模型，对消肿活血散袋泡剂进行了药效学实验研究。结果表明，消肿活血散袋泡剂不同浓度外涂，对小鼠热板法、小鼠醋酸扭体法引起的疼痛反应均有显著的抑制作用；对小鼠二甲苯耳肿胀法、大鼠角叉菜胶足跖肿胀法导致的炎症反应亦有显著的抑制作用；消肿活血散袋泡剂药效显著优于原药材直接调配而成的外洗药剂。说明该药物温洗是治疗损伤中后期疼痛、肿胀、关节功能障碍等症的有效药物。Using analgetic and anti inflammatory animal models, the authors made pharmacodynamical experimental studies on antioncotic and blood circulation activating bag infused powder (ABP). The results showed that the external application of different concentrations of ABP has a significant inhibitory effect on the painful reaction caused by mouse hot plate and acetic acid induced mouse body twisting and on the inflammatory reaction caused by xylene induced mouse ear edema and carrageenin induced rat plantar edema. The pharmacodynamic action of ABP has a significant advantage over that of the externally applied agents directly made from the raw drug. Warm washing with ABP is an effective medicine for treating the pains, swellings, joint dysfunction, etc in middle and late staged injury.
