空管航行情报GIS信息系统的设计与实现

摘　　要：随着民用航空事业的发展,空中交通管理变得越来越复杂,空管信息与地理信息密不可分,例如机场数据、航路数据、导航设施数据、区域数据、飞行航线等,建立现代化的航行情报GIS信息系统势在必行。文中介绍的系统以.Net为开发环境,WebGIS平台选用Geomedia webmap,首次在新疆民航空管实现了地理信息系统与空管数据的完美结合;系统具有地图操作、航空数据维护、信息查询和统计分析功能,能够根据导航设施性能和地理数据计算出导航设施的作用范围,为领导和相关部门导航设施选址提供了依据。为用户提供了更直观、准确、详细的航行情报服务。With the development of CAAC,ATC（air traffic control） has become more and more complicated.ATC aeronautical information is closely concerned with geographical information,such as airport data,air route data,navigation equipment data,air region data,airline,etc.The system introduced in this paper was developed under the frameset of.NET and based on GeoMedia WebMap.For the first time it integrated ATC data with geographical information in civil aviation of Xinjiang.It is presented with fuctions of basic map operationals,maintenance of air data,information query and statistical analysis.The system can compute the influence range of navigation equipment,can help manager to make a decision for a new navigation equipment location,and provide intuitionistic,exact and detailed aeronautical service for users.
