低碳经济形势下供电企业的降损策略研究

摘　　要：在低碳经济形势下采取何种措施来优化、细化和量化传统降损策略,对电力行业的低碳化发展至关重要。分析了低碳经济下供电企业的技术降损策略和相应的管理降损策略,认为低碳经济形势下供电企业的技术降损策略除包含传统降损策略外,还应引入低碳评估、分布式电源规划、促进电动汽车发展等策略,并在管理方面引入了降低自身能耗等策略,丰富了供电企业的降损策略。For power supply enterprises,how to optimize,refine and quantify the traditional loss reduction strategies is significant for the low-carbon development of power industry.The type of loss reduction strategies of power supply enterprises under the situation of low-carbon economy is presented,the technology（including planning and construction strategies,operation and maintenance strategies） and management loss reduction strategies are summarized.The result suggests that loss reduction strategies of power supply enterprises under the situation of low-carbon economy include low-carbon assessment,distributed power supply planning,promotion of electric vehicle development in technical strategies,also reducing their own energy consumption in management strategies besides traditional loss reduction strategies,which further enrich the loss reduction strategies of power supply enterprises from the view of concept and practice.
