摘　　要：低碳发展是当前中国经济发展面临的主要问题之一。电力是最大的一次能源消耗行业,而电能则是社会生产和生活中用途最为广泛的能源。首先研究了电能供应链及其特征,然后对电能产品生产和使用的整个供应链中的碳排放问题进行了分析,最后提出从电能供应链管理的角度全面考虑融入低碳经济理念,并就实施低碳电能供应链管理的相关问题进行了探讨。Low carbon development is one of the main problems to be faced in China economic development.Electric power is the biggest energy consumption industry,while it is the most widespread used energy.The power supply chain its characteristic are studied,carbon emission in the supply chain of whole production and utilization is analyzed.It is proposed to consider low carbon economy in the light of power supply chain management,and the problems related to low carbon power supply chain management are discussed.
