摘　　要：目的:比较UF-1000i尿沉渣分析仪测定尿液红细胞与显微镜检查结果,对比两者符合率。方法:对624例尿标本同时采用UF-1000i尿沉渣分析仪测定红细胞和显微镜镜检两种方法检测。结果:UF-1000i检测尿中红细胞的阳性率比显微镜镜检阳性率高,假阳性率达到20.5%。结论:尿液标本采用UF-1000i检测红细胞时结果假阳性偏高,对此标本必须进行显微镜镜检复核。Objective： To compare the compliance rate of UF-1000i urinalysis analyzer with microscope in determination of urine red blood cells.Methods： A total of 624 cases of urine specimens were collected and examined by UF-1000i urinalysis analyzer and microscope.The results of determination of the two methods were compared and analyzed.Results： In determination of urine red blood cells,the positive rate of UF-1000i urinalysis analyzer was higher than that of microscope.The false positive rate was 20.5%.Conclusion： The false positive rate of UF-1000i urinalysis analyzer is a little higher,in determination of the red blood cells in the urine specimens,which must be reviewed by microscope.
