摘 要:以十二烷基硫醇为分子量调节剂,在丁醇中进行丙烯酸酯溶液聚合,制备了水性涂料用丙烯酸树脂,讨论了十二烷基硫醇的用量对产物分子量等性能的影响。发现随着十二烷基硫醇用量的增加,得到的丙烯酸树脂分子量减小,玻璃化温度(Tg)影响不大。所得树脂用胺中和后得到自乳化乳液,发现十二烷基硫醇用量的增加,可使乳液粘度显著减小。所得乳液用氨基树脂加热固化,性能良好。With 1-dodecanethiol as the molecular weight regulator, an acrylic resin for water-borne coating is prepared by solution polymerization in n-butanol. The influence of the amount of 1-dodecanethiol on molecular weight and the other properties of the products is discussed. We find that with the increase of 1-dodecanethiol, the molecular weight of the resin is reduced, and the glass transition temperature (Tg) of the resin is unchanged. The resin neutralized with amine is self-emulsifying in water, and we find that increasing amount of 1-dodeeanethiol can markedly reduce the emulsion viscosity. The obtained resin can be cured with a melamine resin curing agent, and the property of cured surface is good.
