冲洗液温度对前列腺电切术后膀胱痉挛的影响

摘　　要：目的 探讨不同温度冲洗液对前列腺电切术后膀胱痉挛的影响。方法 将100例前列腺电切术后并发膀胱痉挛的患者随机分为A、B、C 、D、E5 组 ,各 20 例，术后均给予持续膀胱冲洗 ,冲洗液温度分别为 （18.00 ±2.00 ） ℃、（23.00 ±2.00） ℃ 、（28.00 ±2.00） ℃、（35.00 ±2.00） ℃、 （38.00 ±2.00）℃。观察前列腺电切术后膀胱痉挛症状并对其评分，同时观察记录持续膀胱冲洗的时间。结果D、E组症状评分显著低于 A、B、C组（ 均 P〈0.01） ；D组膀胱持续冲洗时间明显短于A、B、C、E 组 （均 P 〈0.01 ）。结论：前列腺电切术后持续膀胱冲洗液的温度在 （35.00 ±2.00 ）℃为最佳，其可最大限度地减轻前列腺电切术后膀胱痉挛，减少持续膀胱冲洗的时间。Objective To investigate the relation between the temperature of irrigation fluid and the cystospasm after transurethral prostatic electroresection. Methods One hundred patients with the cystospasm after transurethral prostatic electroresection were randomly divided into 5 groups ： group A , B , C , D ,and E, with 20 patients in each group. The temperature of the irrigation fluid in each group was adjusted to （18.00±2.00） ℃, （23.00±2.00） ℃, （28.00±2.00） ℃, （35.00±2.00） ℃and （38.00±2.00） ℃respectively. The symptom score ofcystospasm was observed and the lasting time of the bladder irrigation was recorded. Results The symptom scores in group D and E were much lower thanthose in the other groups （all P 〈0. 01） . Conclusions It is the ideal temperature for bladder irrigation after transurethral prostatic electroresection of （35.00±2.00） ℃. It can Significantly reduce the cystospasm and shorten the time of bladder douche.
