30例颈椎病的临床治疗研究

摘　　要：目的：探讨我院青年颈椎病患者的临床治疗效果。方法：2006年1月～2010年6月在我院住院治疗的30岁以下的颈椎病患者30例，回顾分析其临床表现、治疗方式。结果：均恢复原工作。结论：针对致病因素采取前路椎间盘切除减压椎间融合或非融合或／和后路椎板成形术可取得满意疗效。Objective：To study the characteristics of cervical spondylosis and the effects of surgical treatment in the patients under 30 years old.Method：The medical records of all cases under 30 years old who under went surgical treatment for cervical spondylosis from January 1,2006 to June 30,2010 were analyzed retro-spectively,which included pathogenesis,clinical manifestations,treatment. Result：The symptoms fo all patients were markedly improved postoperatively. Conclusion：A good outcome can be obtained by anterior discectomy with fusion or non-fusion and/or posterior laminoplasty.
