内伤血瘀症与PAl-1的相关性以及中药对其干预的研究进展

摘　　要：目的：归纳总结内伤血瘀症与PAI-1的相关性及中药对其干预有效性的实验研究进展。资料来源：中文检索资料来源于中国医院知识仓库，检索词为“内伤血瘀症，PAI-1”。资料选择：对检索到的所有文献进行整理，挑选治疗手段为活血化瘀中药的信息。选取针对性强的文章，对不同类别疾病予以归类、总结、精炼，最后选定16篇。结果：PAI-1 水平升高同中医所讲内伤血瘀症发生存在显著相关性并且不同的活血化瘀中药针对合适的病患，都能取得满意的治疗效果。结论：我们可以看出针对血瘀证与PAI表达的相关性的研究已经取得了一些成就，但这些研究仍然是初步的、散在的，缺乏系统性和规范性，尤其是中药调节PAI-1水平的机制的研究。OBJECTIVE：To summarize the association between the blood stasis syndrome and the plasminogen activator inhibitor-1 and the pathogenesis of Chinese herbal medicine which influence the PAI-1. DATA SOURCES：We collected literatures in both Chinese and English.The Chinese literure rooted from CNKI between 2000 and 2007,the search words are “blood stasis syndrome , Plasminogen activator inhibitor-1 , Chinese herbal medicine”Pudmed was usrd to search English liture,the search time was limited to recent 15years,the search word is “PAI”. STUDY SELECTION：We sorted all the litures that had been searched and choosed the association between the blood stasis syndrome and the plasminogen activator inhibitor-1 and the pathogenesis of Chinese herbal medicine which influence the PAI-1.DATA SELECTION：Totally 16 of them were enrolled as the references of this paper.DATA SYNTHESIS： There is a obvious association between the blood stasis syndrome and the plasminogen activator inhibitor-1 and the treatments can obtain satisfied curative effect aiming at patients.CONCLUSION：the study of association between the blood stasis syndrome and the plasminogen activator inhibitor-1 and the pathogenesis of Chinese herbal medicine which influence the PAI-1have been made a big progress..however,its clinical application should trend to a rational way,especial research ofthe the pathogenesis of Chinese herbal medicine which influence the PAI-1.
