慢性肾炎患者健康教育需求调查分析

摘　　要：目的：了解慢性肾炎患者健康教育需求，探讨有效的教育方式与内容。方法：采用自行设计的调查问卷，对118例慢性肾炎患者心理感受、健康获得观念教育内容、健康教育方式的需求进行了问卷调查，对存在的问题，提出相应的措施。结果：患者对健康教育知识的需求呈普遍性，对健康教育的方式呈多面性，但缺乏较深层次的相关知识指导，对能解决实际问题的健康内容需求较多，医护讲解、演示及发放相关资料的方式最受欢迎。结论：重视健康教育人才培养，提高健康教育质量。重视健康教育内容和形式的具体化、多样化，教育内容和形式有机结合。Objective： To understand the needs of patients with chronic health education and explore effective ways and content of education. Methods： A self-designed questionnaire, 118 cases of chronic nephritis psychological feeling, get the concept of health education content, methods of health education needs of the survey, the existing problems, propose appropriate measures.RESULTS： The patient needs the knowledge of health education was universal, the way of health education was multidimensional, but the lack of deep-level knowledge guidance, to be able to solve the practical problems of health content needs more care to explain, demonstrate and disseminate the most popular way of relevant information. Conclusion： The importance of health education personnel training, improve the quality of health education. Importance of health education content and form of specific, diverse, educational content and form of combination.
