摘 要:目的 探讨指血氟测定在氟作业工人健康监护中的作用。方法 选择某铝厂氟作业工人42 名, 非氟暴露工人21 人, 分为A、B 两组。利用微量加标对电极法测定当天及放置72 小时后的指血、静脉血及血清中氟含量。结果 两组工人指血与静脉血氟存放后均较存放前明显升高。存放前后指血氟均高于静脉血及血清氟水平; 两组存放前后指血与静脉血中的氟含量均具有相关性。两组之间比较, 指血、静脉血及血清氟水平均有明显差异。结论 指血氟含量一定程度上可反映机体氟负荷水平。Objective To study the application of small volume of figure blood for fluoride determination in health surveillance.Me thods Forty two workers exposed to fluoride and twenty one nonfluoride exposed workers in an aluminum factory were randomly selected and divided into 2 groups,A & B.The F - concentration in finger blood,whole blood and serum from vein were determined immediately and after 72 hours store,respectively.Results The concentration of F - in finger and vein blood significantly increased after store,the contents of F - in finger blood were higher than that in vein blood and serum.The concentration of F - in finger blood was correlated with that in circular blood.There was significantly difference in contents of F - between group A and B in all three samples.Conclusion The contents of F - in finger blood can reflect the level of F - in the body.
