摘　　要：目的了解髋关节置换术患者出院后存在的家庭和社会问题及家庭访视对问题解决的效果。方法对36例髋关节置换术出院患者进行家庭访视，评估患者健康情况及对相关知识、相关康复技能知晓情况，给予健康教育及心理指导。结果患者出院后第一次家庭访视与经过2个月家庭访视及健康教育效果比较，各项护理指标均有显著改善（P〈0.05）。结论对出院后髋关节置换患者开展家庭访视和健康教育，可促进康复并提高患者自我护理能力，减少并发症的发生率，从而提高患者的生活质量。objective to learn about hip replacement patients discharged from hospital after family and social problems and family visiting on problem solving. Methods on 36 patients with hip replacement patients discharged from hospital＂ to home visit, assess the patient＇s health condition and on the related knowledge, skills and knowledge related to rehabilitation, for health education and psychological guidance. Results for patients discharged from hospital after first family visit and after 2 months of family visiting and the comparison of health education, care indicators have improved significantly （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusions on hip replacement patients discharged its family visits and health education, to promote the rehabihtation and improvement of self-care, reduce the incidence of complications and thus improve the quality of life for patients.
