可控式吸痰管在ICU气管插管病人中的临床应用效果分析

摘　　要：目的：了解一次性可控式吸痰管在ICU气管插管病人中应用的临床效果。方法：将50例气管插管病人按床号随机法分为两组，观察组25例，对照组25例。两组均采用正规护理吸痰操作同时观察组采用一次性可控式吸痰管（含手套）型吸痰不铺盘，对照组采用传统吸痰管铺盘吸痰，进行调查、分析，比较两种不同吸痰管在备物时间、成本消耗、呼吸道黏膜损伤、护士满意度方面的显著差异。结果：使用一次性可控式吸痰管比传统吸痰管备物时间明显缩短、吸痰成本低、呼吸道黏膜损伤少、能提高护士使用一次性可控式吸痰管的满意度。结论：在ICU中使用一次性可控式吸痰管简便、快捷、实用性强、缩短备物时间、节约成本，可在科室中推广使用。Objective Learn the clinical effect of the application one-time controllable suction tube intubation in ICU patients. Methods The 50 patients intubated were randomly divided into two groups according to patient bed numbers, observation group 25 cases, control group 25 cases. Observation group were treated with a one-time controllable suction tube （with gloves） is not shop-type suction disk, the control group using the traditional suction tube suction plate shop. comparing the significant differences of two different anction tube in the preparation time, cost consumption, respiratory mucosa, nurse satisfaction. Results Controllable using one-time superior to the traditional suction tube. Conclusion One-time controllable suction tube is simple, rapid, practical, reduce the physical preparation time and cost savings, and is more practical for its cost.
