高效液相色谱法测定藿香正气片中陈皮的含量

摘　　要：目的建立藿香正气片中陈皮的含量测定方法。方法液相色谱法。色谱柱：Kromasil C18柱（4．6mm×250mm，5μm）；流动相：乙腈-0．05mol·L-1磷酸二氢钠溶液（用磷酸调节PH值为3．0）（20：80）；流速1．0ml．min-1；柱温：30℃；检测波长：284nm。结果陈皮中橙皮苷在0．2403～1．1214μg·ml。范围内呈线性关系（r=1．0000，n=6），平均加样回收率为98．08％RSD为O．68％（n=9）。结论该方法操作简便，结果可靠，可用于藿香正气片的含量测定。Objective To establish a quality control methed of Pericarpium Citri Reticulatae in HuoxiangZhengqi Pian.Methods The HPLC was adopted ,the separation was performed on a Kromasil C18 column （4.6mm＊250mm,5？m）;acetonitrile and 0.05 mol·L-1乙腈 sodium dihydrogen phosphate （adjust PH to 3.0 with phosphoric acid） （20：80）;as the mobile phase was adopted .The flow rate was 1.0ml·min-1 ;The column temperature was 30℃ ;and the UV detection wavelength was 284nm.Resuhs Hesperidin in Pericarpium Citri Reticulatae showed a good linearity at the range of 0.2403 - 1.1214 μg·ml-1 （r=l.0000,n=6）, the average recovery was 98.08 %, RSD=0.68 % （ n=9 ）.Conelusion The method is simple ,accurate and applicable .It can be used for the quality control of Huoxiang Zhengqi Pian.
